LabPlus User - 2 days

This course is intended for
laboratory LabPlus users as well as
power users, such as analysts and
supervisors and can also be provided
as “train-the-trainer” sessions. It
introduces the system by following a
sample through each step of its
processing in the lab. A special
emphasis is placed on the normal use
of the system as seen by all
personnel in various laboratory
areas: sample registration and
assignment, sample testing and
validation, reporting, and query
activities.

Objectives

- Familiarize participants with the new concepts and naming convention introduced to the laboratory by LabPlus.
- Bring participants to develop a solid comprehension and autonomy on the system, allowing them to use it in their work routine.
- Guide and support users during their first contact with the system.
- Ensure that users are following good work practices from the beginning.
- Point out the benefits of the new system.
