LabPlus User - 2 days

This course is intended for laboratory LabPlus users, such as technicians and chemists. It introduces the system by following a sample through each step of its processing in the lab. A special emphasis is placed on the normal use of the system as seen by technicians.

Objectives
|

- Familiarize participants with the new concepts and naming convention introduced to the laboratory by LabPlus.
- Bring participants to develop a solid comprehension and autonomy on the system, allowing them to use it in their work routine.
- Guide and support users during their first contact with the system.
- Ensure that users are following good work practices from the beginning.
- Point out the benefits of the new system.

- Security
- Sample login
- Adding and modifying an analysis request
- Modifying requested analysis for a logged sample
- Modifying sample information
- Using worklists
- Entering analysis results
- Using search masks to find results and samples
- Approving analysis results
- Accessing and reviewing the audit trail
- Searching and logging events
- Using bar code equipment (*optional)
- Changing the current product (*optional, in manufacturing environment only)
