This course is intended for IT specialists. With this course, the system and network manager will be able to install new LabPlus stations and effectively perform system maintenance. Furthermore, this course brings the manager to develop LabPlus troubleshooting abilities and provides guidelines on how to effectively place a technical support call. The examples and exercises of this course are designed for SQL Server users.

- Provide the background theory required to maintain the LabPlus system.

- Starting and stopping LabPlus services
