This course is intended for users
responsible for the development of
analytical instrument interfacing
methods. This course covers LimsLink
functions, while suggesting a
working methodology that simplifies
functional requirement analysis for
analytical instrument interfaces.

Objectives

Provide a methodology for
functional requirement analysis
and method development.

Bring participants to evaluate
the work required for an
instrument interface, making
them able to optimize the
execution of the process.

Bring participants to acquire
the technical skills to
configure methods.

Bring participants to develop a
thorough knowledge of all the
processes related to actual data
acquisition from analytical
instruments.

This includes running a method,
transferring data with the
LabPlus web service interface,
monitoring the generated log
files, etc.

Prerequisites
|
|
Knowledge of the analytical
instruments used in the lab.
Knowledge of the SQL language is
an asset. |
